The rain just about held off for us today, as we opened the 120th birthday celebrations for the Daniel Adamson. Hard-working Danny volunteers, their family and our choir gathered to honour this charming piece of steam history and – as a community choir – we were proud to stand alongside the Danny and sing our hearts out, including a rousing rendition of happy birthday! We haven’t sung onboard the Danny since before Covid and it was one of our favourite and most unusual venues, so we were more than happy to help them out.
