On a warm and sunny April evening, Frodsham Sings Community Choir crowded into the beautiful little 18th century church of St Peter's at Aston, for our first concert of the year. Armed with a variety of new songs - some VERY fresh from the learning process - we set about bringing our usual brand of song, community and humour to a warm and appreciative audience. The glorious acoustics of the church were extremely effective, and hearing our voices echo back to us only enhanced our enjoyment of performing. An impressive array of cakes were available during the interval, and I suspect more than one choir member went home with a doggy bag! It was a wonderful start to our concert season, and we were - as always - only too pleased to help our local community. We very much hope for a return invitation from St Peter's.
