It's been quite a year for Frodsham Sings Community Choir, and we finished it in style with our much-loved Christmas Cracker concert - which sold out within hours of tickets going on sale! This year was bigger and better than ever, featuring some of our traditional Christmas offerings, plus a host of new songs to keep us on our toes. It's been a very special 10th anniversary year, featuring our first outing to the Llangollen Eisteddfod as non-competing performers, where even a torrential downpour couldn't dampen our spirits; to helping to kick off Christmas in traditional style, at the Frodsham Christmas Lights Switch On, with our dear friend Matt Baker - and not forgetting an inspirational and magical trip to Manchester Cathedral, to join in the Prevent Breast Cancer charity's Christmas festivities.

We've had an amazing 2024; we've grown as a choir family and although we don't yet have a running total, hopefully we've raised lots of money for our wonderful charities, Opal and Will to Work. Frodsham Sings Community Choir would like to thank all our incredible friends, family and supporters; including our invaluable Steering Group, who work so hard to keep the choir running. And not forgetting our beloved Musical Director, Ian Oulton, who really is the heart of this choir. He works so hard and we love him dearly, even if we do tease him relentlessly during rehearsals!

All that remains to say, is we hope you all have a wonderful, peaceful and happy festive period. As 2024 draws to a close, we are excited for 2025 and more music, love and friendship with Frodsham Sings Community Choir!

Merry Christmas!
